In my career, I have found myself frequently pursuing payment of outstanding debts through the courts. I have, therefore, worked with many attorneys throughout the country. Richard and his associate, Matthew Hamel, have been the best attorneys by far. They worked with me on my terms, allowing me to do a lot of the legwork to hold down legal costs. Richard has helped my family and I for over 30 years. He has helped create trusts, wills and open businesses. He is very patient and a great teacher. He is reasonably priced. Overall he is excellent, and will have my family’s business for the next 30 years!
Personable and Proactive
I feel like Michelle is always looking out for me and my business partners. We have been working together for about a year and half and she has been available to help when problems arise and fast in response to any crazy question I throw her way. She works diligently to serve us and is also very proactive with her clients. I received e-mails from her whenever there are changes in laws pertaining to my business and impending filing deadlines. Though I know she is busy with tons of other clients, I feel like I’m her only client whenever we are working together. Michelle is professional, hardworking, and very bright. I highly recommend her.

My experience with Attorney Cynthia Ravosa was nothing but outstanding and professional. She took the time to advise me on all my options, treating me with respect and were very compassionate during a difficult time. As good as advertised
Due to a business failure during the economic downturn, I was forced to file for Chapter 13. My case was sufficiently involved that I decided to go with Attorney Ravosa and his team even though their main office is on the other side of the state. The whole process took much longer than I expected, but that was largely because Attorney Hurley and Attorney Ravosa were extremely thorough in their research and preparation. Whereas the local attorney I had initially consulted had seemed overworked and was rather uncommunicative, I could always count on a relatively prompt and well considered response when I sent the Ravosa team a question. In court, there was a palpable sense that the judge respected Attorney Ravosa’s competence and knowledge of the case. In person, Richard is very personable and professional. A pleasure to deal with. I am extremely grateful to the Ravosa team for the successful, and, in retrospect, very smooth engagement. I recommend them unreservedly.
Not you’re normal Bankruptcy case..
I contacted Cynthia with a bankruptcy issue that had for gone years without my knowledge. Upon further review of the severity of the issue I spun into serious depression, anxiety and fear of my future. Not only did I have several obsticals hindering the case, it took 3x as long as a regular case would because of them. Cynthia and her team put me at ease, dealt with me and my emotional issues with the utmost compassion while getting my case together, fighting for me, educating me and my family on what to do, what we should change to avoid these things from happening again and how to move forward with a better financial future in mind. Let it be known.. I was not an easy client, forgetful due to anxiety, long haul trucker hours, never available to answer same day emails, having to make our calls later in the evening. All this, never a problem for Cynthia and her team- Ever. I cannot express how they eased my mind but while making progress even while thing’s were held up because of my issues. AND.. they did it!! squeezing me from a Chapter 13 into a chapter 7. Seriously, if your case is furthest from normal, Cynthia Ravosa has the knowledge and the team to get it done. I had suffered a near fatal injury at work. A very close friend, also a lawyer, referred me to Cynthia and Richard Ravosa to help me while the workers Comp case was dragging on. I hired Richard to negotiate a very large debt settlement and he was amazing. He got it down to only 30% of the original total! He’s relentless and a very tough negotiator. Cynthia, and her team literally saved my life. I found myself victim of fraud and then a remodification scam, in the end I was about to lose my house. The time frame I had to do anything about it was no more than a week.
